DriX Mechanic

The official training to obtain the certification to be part of the DriX team at sea.

Several online lessons in rich content format to make you explore all there is to know about DriX engine and other mechanical parts.

Followed by 2 days of instructor-led hands-on training.

You will be taught how to manages all aspects related to fixing and maintaining the mechanical parts of DriX, with a focus on propulsion, steering, stabilisation and some key actuators.

How it works

Onboarding

You sign up, we verify your project, credentials and, if applicable, the course pre-payment. You will need to sign an NDA. When the process is complete this course is assigned to you and you will be notified via email.
Theory

You will start learning the theory of the course on this e-learning platform, on your own time, prior to beginning the practical training sessions.
Practice

When a small group of participants is formed, a practical session is scheduled. The instructor and the participants will work together a few days of hands-on training.
